The office consists of 2 levels and it has an exquisite quality layout for a professional business environment and work space.
With smart home technologies possibilities are endless – that is why these technologies are also available in this office. The workplace has been upgraded by adding an array of smart solutions from lighting to audio/video and more.
Ground floor
Ground Floor area consists of the 4 different zones: Reception, Lounge Area, Meeting Room and Kitchen.
Lounge Area might be used as an alternative place to perform the presentations on the big screen while sitting in the comfortable lounge chairs, enjoying 4K picture by using Home Theatre system and being warmed up during the winter by Gas Fireplace.
Kitchen is equipped with everything that is needed in daily life: Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Microwave Oven and, of course, Coffee Machine.
Meeting Room and Reception are equipped with the brand new All-In-One PCs 27″ and 24″.
First floor
First Floor area consists of the 4 different zones: CEO Room, CFO Room, Work Room and Reception.
CEO Room is combined with the Meeting room for the execution of private meetings without any disturbance. As well it is possible to run presentations on the 4K 65″ TV. This room is equipped with an exquisite furniture that will suit CEO's high-standards and requirements.
Everything in the office from appliances to automation has been installed by UNISAT Smart Systems, whereas all furniture has been produced by our close partner – KS Design.
