How much time does the project usually take?
Most of the time it depends on the renovation/construction time so that we schedule a few visits during the different stages of your renovation/construction when it is most suitable to implement a specific stage of our work.
How long does the guarantee period last?
The guarantee period depends on the manufacturer of the specific component e.g. lighting system, TVs, audio equipment and so on. Overall it varies from 1 to 3 years.
What is the country of origin of the products you sell?
Since we provide complex solutions it means that we work with the different reliable and recognized brands such as Samsung, Yamaha, Sonos, KEF, Cisco and many others, so it is hard to provide the exact list of countries but we make sure that any item that we sell is being tested by us before it actually goes to the shelves.
What are the stages of your work?
We provide a complex solution in the home and office automation starting from wiring and ending up with visualisation. Usually, our process is divided into four steps:
- Design process
- Project approval
- Installation
- Testing and handover
On which stage of renovation/construction is it better to start?
We could definitely say that as soon as you start considering the renovation/construction you should contact us. The sooner we will start our work the better results we will be able to achieve. For example, the wiring stage should be done at the early stages of the renovation/construction when there is no furniture installed yet but with respect to the future placement of the different automation components, so it requires thorough planning before the actual work starts. As well we may guide you through all of the steps of internal and furniture design with the help of our partners Otomi Studio and KS Design.
